A reflection of its era, this home built in 1973 in the Southwest Hills features a full theater suite with a projection room. Soaring vaulted ceilings frame forested views from every room. We leaned into the signature 70s style and brought vintage pieces that spoke to the design and the earthy palette of the home, while ensuring it remained feeling expansive.

The original drapery throughout gave way to seeing the home for both, its mesmerizing connection to nature and the nostalgic warmth of its design.

To add to the striking visual drama of the space, we partnered with Patty Studios to bring in a couple of their stunning handwoven rugs for another layer of texture.

Through partnerships with local artists, including Kristen Diederich, Christopher Belluschi and Mimi Cravens we were able to infuse this home with yet more character that spoke to the owners’ high regard for the visual arts.

Thank you Kristen Diederich, Christopher Belluschi, Mimi Cravens, Patty Studios and Done for the Day for
